The design cuts the amount of unburned fuel in the exhaust and delivers a fuel savings of up to 25 percent. The catalyst exhaust system further reduces emissions for a cleaner environment. The engine also is equipped with an enrichment starting system instead of the typical choke, which eliminates the chance of flooding the engine when starting.
